Begin an Exchange or Return Request 

  • If you would like to begin an exchange or return request, please email us as soon as possible at helpdesk@mindsetunmatched.com. We will work thoroughly with you on processing the possible return or exchange. You will have 30 days to submit a request for return, in accordance with our return policy.

What is the status of my Return or Exchange Request?

  • If you have already gone through our online email process to return, exchange or get store credit for your item please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed, we will contact you from the helpdesk email with an update.

Where’s my package?

  • Rest assured; we’re working diligently to deliver your order as soon as possible. We expect most orders to ship in 24-48 hours. Your tracking number/status will update as soon as your package is picked up by USPS. Don't worry you didn't make a mistake, we received your order, and we're taking care of it as quickly as possible. Thanks again for having patience with us and supporting Mindset Unmatched!

Where's my order confirmation?

Please take the below steps to determine whether or not your order confirmation has been recieved:

  1. Please double check that you submitted your order using the correct email address. Please also verify that you did not misspell your primary email address.

  2. Did you check your spam folder?

  3. If you still can't find your order confirmation, please email us at helpdesk@mindsetunmatched.com (with your Order # and Confirmation Email). Please allow our team 2-4 business days to respond.

Wrong item delivered, missing item(s), or wrong shipping address:

  • If you received the wrong order or there was another issue with your order, please email helpdesk@mindsetunmatched.com with pictures of the invoice slip and item received. We will send the correct order out to you after confirming this information.

  • If you misspelled your shipping address or simply made a mistake when inputting delivery address, please email us at helpdesk@mindsetunmatched.com with the subject line (Order number, shipping address) and include the correct address in the body of your email.

Tracking number says my package was delivered?

This happens on occasion, if your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, we ask for you file a “lost package claim” with USPS or UPS:
